Our carefully curated selection includes both Williamsburg Butcher Block Essential and Williamsburg Butcher Block Signature. While both options offer exceptional quality, it's important to note that WBB Essential Blocks may have slightly more variation in stave widths. For most projects, this won't pose any challenges. If your project requires joining multiple blocks together, you may want to consider our WBB Signature, which are crafted with tighter stave tolerances, ensuring a flawless alignment when joining multiple blocks.
