How can I find out if a product is available for in-store pick up?

On the product page, enter the square footage of the flooring needed. Select the store where you'd like to pick up the product and we will inform you if it can be picked up at the store you choose.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and distance from the warehouse to your home. Charges can be seen during the checkout process. We have free shipping direct to your local store for pickup. Learn More about our flat rate delivery options.

What is shipping lead time?

Shipping lead time is 10-14 days for typical orders, and 14-28 days for special order products. All delivery times are estimates. You should not schedule installation until you receive the product.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Simply visit your local store for FREE samples. Get up to 4 samples for free. Shipping rates will apply for 5 or more samples.
