Over a wood subfloor, we recommend laying it over approved underlayment for improved sound and thermal properties. When laying over concrete, use a premium moisture mitigating adhesive. Not all floor finishes are the same, and each will have its own unique properties. Please follow your floor finish’s recommendations for ongoing maintenance. This could include but is not limited to, regular sweeping or vacuuming (with no beater bar or stiff brush), plus a deeper clean with a neutral cleaner. Refinishing may be required as the years go by.
