Product Highlights
3/4 in. Select Red Oak Unfinished Solid Hardwood Flooring 4 in. Wide
Classic red oak has long been a popular hardwood flooring option. Install these beautiful planks in your living room, playroom, bedroom, or any other dry area to ground your space in natural beauty. Featuring red and deep golden hues, you'll find that these R.L. Colston red oak planks add richness and warmth to your spaces of retreat and relaxation.
This flooring is suitable for installation on your ground floor or above. While some experienced DIYers might tackle this installation on their own, professional installation using nails or glue is recommended for solid hardwood floors. Mix up the planks from multiple boxes before installation to showcase the natural variation and beauty of the hardwood. Over a wood subfloor, we recommend laying it over approved underlayment for improved sound and thermal properties. When laying over concrete, use a premium moisture mitigating adhesive. Not all floor finishes are the same, and each will have its own unique properties. Please follow your floor finish’s recommendations for ongoing maintenance. This could include but is not limited to, regular sweeping or vacuuming (with no beater bar or stiff brush), plus a deeper clean with a neutral cleaner. Refinishing may be required as the years go by. Remember that lighting makes all the difference! Your flooring, as a result, may look different in your home than it does online. Be sure to order free samples, then try them in your home at different points throughout the day to ensure you like the look!
