About Hickory Unfinished Solid Hardwood Flooring

3/4 in. Natural Hickory Unfinished Solid Hardwood Flooring 3.25 in. Wide

Brighten up your living room, home office, or master bedroom with hickory solid hardwood flooring. This unfinished solid hardwood flooring lets you create a bespoke look by choosing your own color and finish. Sand and stain your floors for a modern look, or simply add a finish and install for rustic appeal.

Hickory is a naturally tough wood that's able to withstand some wear and tear, so it's a great addition to busy homes. The tongue and groove edges on these planks give them a seamless fit, resulting in a smooth finish and a comfortable feel underfoot.

This flooring is suitable for installation on your ground floor or above. While some experienced DIYers might tackle this installation on their own, professional installation using nails or glue is recommended for solid hardwood floors. Mix up the planks from multiple boxes before installation to showcase the natural variation and beauty of the hardwood. Over a wood subfloor, we recommend laying it over approved underlayment for improved sound and thermal properties. When laying over concrete, use a premium moisture mitigating adhesive. Post-installation, maintaining your floor will involve a simple regimen of sweeping or vacuuming (with no beater bar or harsh bristles) and using Bellawood Cleaning Solution and accessories for regular deep and spot-checking. Well maintained, your new floors will stay beautiful and last for many decades to come.

Remember that lighting makes all the difference! Your flooring, as a result, may look different in your home than it does online. Be sure to order free samples, then try them in your home at different points throughout the day to ensure you like the look!
