About Lake Geneva Oak 4mm w/Pad

4mm w/pad Lake Geneva Oak Waterproof Rigid Vinyl Plank Flooring 7 in. Wide x 48 in. Long

30 Year Warranty

This gray-hued rigid vinyl plank flooring is beautifully crafted to look like real weathered oak, making it a versatile option that's a great fit for any décor, from classic to contemporary. These planks feature an innovative waterproof core that can withstand wet mopping as well as spills, giving you the confidence to install them virtually anywhere—from bathrooms to kitchens and mudrooms. They're a great choice for high-traffic areas too, thanks to their dent resistance. Why not install this flooring in multiple rooms to tie your interior design together?

DIY-ers will love how achievable it is to lay these planks using the easy click installation. Conveniently, there's a high-density pad already attached that will help to dampen sound. If you want to further reduce sound and improve comfort underfoot, you could consider installing an additional underlayment. It's safe to lay these planks over radiant heat, as long as they do not come into direct contact with the heat source. Vinyl flooring is easy to maintain and clean, making it a worry-free choice if you have kids and pets. We suggest Bellawood Floor Cleaner to keep your floors looking their best.

Quick Installation Tip
Subfloor surface must be clean, flat, and dry. This flooring is suitable for installation over Hydronic Radiant heating systems provided that the heating element is not in direct contact with the product. Because of the wide array of systems on the market, each with its own features and applications, it is recommended that the user consults with the heating provider for best practices and installation methods. It is the user's responsibility to confirm the suitability of any selected or existing radiant-heating system that will be used in conjunction with this flooring. Rugs placed over radiant heated flooring can increase the surface temperature in that area by 3°-5°F.
