About Crater Lake White Oak Water Resistant Distressed Engineered

7mm w/pad Crater Lake White Oak Water-Resistant Distressed Engineered Hardwood Flooring 7.48 in Wide

50 Year Warranty

Crater Lake engineered hardwood flooring's coloring bodes warm brown earthy tones that complements any home décor. It features the realistic wide grain and texture of hardwood flooring with all the benefits of engineered hardwood. Water resistance makes this a great option for any room in your home, even the bathroom and kitchen.

You'll appreciate that this flooring is backed by a 50-year limited residential warranty. Plus, these floors are GreenGuard Certified, so you can relax knowing that you and your family have a product certified for low chemical emissions.

This flooring is suitable for installation on any level of your home. While some experienced DIYers might tackle this installation on their own, professional installation using a click process and glue is recommended for engineered hardwood floors. Mix up the planks before installation to showcase the natural variation and beauty of the hardwood. We recommend laying it over approved underlayment for sound reduction and moisture barrier over concrete for overall improved installation quality. Be sure to seal the perimeter of wet areas with 100% silicone sealant. Post-installation, maintaining your floor will involve a simple regimen of sweeping and deep cleaning with Bellawood Cleaner, a gentle, neutral solution to lift dirt. With regular maintenance, your new floors will stay beautiful and last for many decades to come.
