Tri Pointe Homes and Home Builders Care recently completed a renovation project for the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless. Cordell Place was once a four-story office building. Today it has 32 individual furnished apartment units, each with a half-bath. Additionally, on each floor, and shared by 8 residents, there are shower rooms and a common full size kitchen.
Thanks to Tri Pointe and their trade partners, all four (4) communal kitchens have been upgraded with high quality, durable and accessible products, fixtures and finishes.
