After ripping out my carpet, I searched everywhere for the right flooring—Home Depot had nothing that worked, and at Floors & More, no one offered help and they wanted to charge me for shipping. Then I walked into LL Flooring and everything changed. Xavier greeted me at the door and went above and beyond. He showed me samples, helped me color-match beyond my original pick, and walked me through every step of the order process—double-checking everything. They even set up free shipping for part of my order. I left a purchase behind in-store and when I came back, it was still there waiting. They even called when the rest of my order arrived. Matthew helped me with pickup, found everything quickly, carried it to my car, and was incredibly polite. After 20 years in customer service, I’m blown away. This is the kind of experience we’re all craving these days. Happy to have spent my money here—and the only thing that would keep me from coming back is if they don’t give those guys a raise.
