After an exhaustive search for hardwood flooring in our area, we were excited to discover Lumber Liquidators had reopened in Beaumont, Texas. The two employees Chris and Erica, and manager Paul were all very helpful. Their knowledge of the LL product was excellent and their showroom meticulous. They listened to our needs, responded accordingly and answered our numerous questions in detail. Nobody got frazzled while experiencing challenges with the just implemented financing system and readily adapted to the computer program to help us make our purchase. Dago (the installation supervisor) scheduled and arrived early to take measurements and thoroughly discussed the flooring quirks of our older house. Installers Brian and Alex showed up at stated time each morning and worked until early evening. They were professional, efficient and clean. There wasn’t a speck of dirt when they finished and signed off on the 4 day project. Brian and Alex collaborated and worked harmoniously through any issues they encountered as well as keeping in communication with Dago and other managerial persons within LL headquarters. Following the completion of the project Paul (Beaumont manager) graciously accepted the remaining materials to issue us a refund. We are extremely pleased with our new flooring and would definitely use Lumber Liquidators again.

Highly recommend this store for all your floor needs! They even have supplies on clearance. John helped me load my floors into my car and allowed me to pick up the other half another day. Service was amazing, i even stayed to chat a bit about floors with the crew. I can’t wait to come back for another project. Thank you again John!

Beginning a search online for the most discounted flooring, I could find brought me to Lumber Liquidators! When I found the product I wanted, I went to the store in Melbourne, Florida, and that’s where I met Joe Perillo. I chose to do just my bedrooms at first. He was very helpful And patient with that purchase since flooring was new to me. The experience was so good that I decided to do the remainder of our home. And once again, Joe helped as much as he could to get the product for me since it was Not in stock. He let me know as soon as it arrived in his store so we could complete the project. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would recommend his store to visit and work with.
