I was undecided to go to this store believing I'd be pressured into making a purchase. It was a pleasant surprise to meet Benjamin, the man knew his floors and we were able to go over all questions in regards to our project and he answered everything with patience and his vast knowledge regarding flooring products. We walked out with zero pressure and glad that we ran into someone like Benjamin and will highly recommend him to family and friends.

I had an amazing experience here! Angelo, one of the salesmen, provided me with premier customer service and helped me every step of the way. He provided lots of information and ways to reach him with questions such as business cards and phone numbers. I would recommend speaking to him if you are visiting.

Excellent customer service from Justin. I wish I could give him more stars. I called late on a Friday after work, asking him about flooring for my craft room. His knowledge was phenomenal about the different products. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing on a Friday, he wasn’t in a hurry!!! He helped me find the perfect floor! I didn’t think I could afford high quality flooring but his knowledge and prices were great. I came back today to pick my flooring up and grab samples for the rest of my house. I will tell all my friends and family to come see Justin.

James is the best! Made us feel comfortable and he walked us through it. Couldn’t have felt more confident in our decisions as guided by James.

Adam Stueve has been a really helpful, thoughtful sale associate. He has guided and advised us on every-step of the way. He was on top of contacting us via email and call, keeping us updated on our order and providing us with a detailed estimate on it. He is an asset to any organization.

Terry and Xavier rock at this location!! They went up and beyond for me and helped my contractor get the wood needed for my dining area. Everywhere else, it was discontinued, so Lumber Liquidators in Annapolis was my last hope!! Recommend without reservations!!
