Stopping into the North Hampton, NH store today planning to just look at some LVT, I was greeted by Greg Buxton, the store manager, who was very attentive and helpful, explaining different product details, availability and cost. I ended up making a purchase today largely due to Greg's assistance and helpful information. Very happy customer!

By far a place where customer service exist and the professionalism that the establishment showed was phenomenal, Chaundra and Kaleb was super helpful and knowledgeable, will be back for another project!!! Such a great experience from the beginning to the end.

I’d like to write a 5 star review on a young lady who had helped me out. I forgot what her name was but she was so sweet and understanding. I had left something there that was mine which was awkward to say because I was uncomfortable on saying what it is. I did not get the item back due to policy or something but she and there was another guy with a beard there that were very understanding. I told her I was there to look for flooring for my new apartment that I was getting and she was extremely professional on helping me with the best quality and size of the flooring. I ended up not getting the flooring as of rn but will definitely come back when I do eventually get it. She told me there was going to be a sale going to happen soon. So I’ll definitely come in and check things out then. This was at the Warwick Location so definitely tell her and the beard guy thanks for their time and patience with me. This was on Monday July 7th. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
