Returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt and only with a valid purchase receipt. Installed product is considered accepted by you and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges in connection with purchase are non-refundable. Installation is scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after all materials are delivered. The in-home estimate is scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after the assessment order is placed.
