Several weeks ago we decided that we wanted to remove the carpet from our upstairs and replace it with hardwoods. We found some flooring that we wanted and got some local quotes anywhere from 5500 to 6500. The funny thing is we never planned on stopping at LL flooring but because we were wanting to visit Golden corral we figured we would stop in. Let me just say the manager at this location is truly in a League of her own! She left such an impression on my husband and myself that not only did we return from where we live in northwest Charlotte to this location in Matthews to make our purchase, we also expanded the scope of the area we wanted to reform and ended up giving them even more business because of our relationship with the GM. She was so knowledgeable and able to quickly match a product to our needs it was almost as if our interactions were scripted. Anyone who wishes to purchase new flooring for their home should stop and speak with this manager. She was simply amazing and deserves the recognition and admiration of her supervisors that she has definitely earned from her clientele. I have not experienced a person in a customer service position that really knows what's going on and is knowledgeable about their products at this level in a very long time. Do yourself a favor and stop in to speak with the manager directly and see your project come to life!

We had a very good experience choosing and purchasing our engineered hardwood! Both Chris and TJ were helpful from the beginning and throughout the process. Chris helped me look through choices and provided us with samples and then called a few days later to see if we had questions or needed further help. He also let us know when there were sales on the choices we were looking at. TJ did a great job in preparing our pickup order and then loaded ALL 70 boxes carefully and efficiently. Overall, great experience.

I purchased my flooring from Eli at LL Floring. The installers just finished installing luxury vinyl (Revere Oak) flooring in my entire upstairs which included 2 bedrooms, a loft, and stairs. It is beautiful. The ogee ends in the stairs, while costing a little more, are gorgeous. Eli was very helpful in getting me the right flooring and color for my upstairs. The installers did great work. I am 100% pleased with the outcome.

It took us a while to make some decisions but Ken, the store manager at the Santa Rosa store, was extremely patient and very helpful. The shopping experience and support provided by Ken and Jose are among the best you'll find. Browsed the store 2 years ago looking for hardwood flooring and the associates working then were very helpful, but we weren't ready to purchase. Just finished our flooring installation and am thrilled that we went with Lumber Liquidators! I was looking for a place that could give me information on the types of flooring before we purchased the floor. Unlike the big chain stores like Lowes and Home Depot, where they have very young associates working in the department and it was hard to find a knowledgeable person to help us and offer the information we were looking for before buying the floor. This was an investment and we wanted to get it right and we were not disappointed with Lumber Liquidators. Chris Sorrentino at Lumber Liquidators had the experience in flooring that we were looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent information and walked us through the different types and prices of the hardwood flooring, which is what we wanted to go with, and answered all of our questions. He even made great suggestions to us based on what we were looking for. We ended up going with their Bellawood Select line which was a great product and the bonus was they were having a sale so we saved money on the flooring. It is a great product and it looks beautiful in our living room, dining room and hallway. Ended up with a much better quality product at almost the same price we would have paid at other stores that had less of the quality of flooring. We ended up getting more flooring than we needed, but it was not a problem and ended up an easy return process. I called the store and spoke with Chris and told him we needed to return a few boxes and he told us to just bring them back, which we did They unloaded them and Chris processed the return. We definitely appreciated the no hassles return and we got the money back in 4 days. That was a help because we ended up using the refund money for other purchases for the home renovation. Chris and his team are professionals all the way; so very happy with our decision to go with Lumber Liquidators and pleased with the whole experience and loving our new floor.
