From the time we walked into the store until the installation of our flooring we were treated with respect. The saleswoman was patient with our many questions and so helpful. The 2 fellows who did the installation were the best. They did the job with expertise,. They were courteous and efficient. And very pleasant. They were very careful in moving the furniture and thoroughly cleaned up upon completion of the job. I would 100% recommend this store.

I've purchased from LL Flooring in NY & CT before the name change and this store is by far the best and most professional. Most stores have young people who don't know anything but John here is the foundation of this store and a treasure trove of information. He has years of experience and knows his stuff as he as installed these floors himself. John has been incredible at helping us pick out floors and explain to us what we need. Ask John for help with anything flooring related, you will be grateful you did! John was patient and kind while we were choosing the floors. We found beautiful flooring that look stunning and make the space look wide and beautiful. When all the stores were closing I greatly appreciated John's expertise and ability in keeping the store open and helping customers. It was a pleasure working with John, and Linda as well. I would definitely shop at lumber Liquidators again! The sales personnel are most helpful and courteous! And, I love my stair case and hallway!
