Returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt and only with a valid purchase receipt. Installation is scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after all materials are delivered. The in-home estimate is scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after the assessment order is placed. If your installation or estimate has not been scheduled within this time frame, please call our Project Coordination Office at 1-800-651-1635 or email install@llflooring.com for assistance.
