3/4 in. x 3 1/4 in. Natural Hickory Solid Hardwood Flooring
50 Year Warranty
Builder's Pride- 3/4" x 3-1/4" Natural Hickory Prefinished Solid Flooring- 50 Year Warranty
In addition to being the hardest of the North American flooring choices, Hickory is also a beautiful option for home or business owners seeking a room with dramatic appeal. This hardwood displays a breath taking variety of brown tones and dramatic grain patterns that make it just as appropriate in a contemporary high rise loft as it is in a log cabin. In Eastern North America, it survived the catastrophic changes of the Glacial Epoch, some 50 million years ago. Thus, it is the first strictly American hardwood species. Westward trekking pioneers made hickory a prerequisite for their wagon wheels. The same durability and strength that made hickory the choice for axe handles and other tools in the past now make it an excellent choice for high traffic areas.
What is "Natural Grade"?Natural Grade flooring contains distinct variations in coloration and varying wood characters. It will also have a slightly longer average plank length compared to Rustic grade products but shorter length than our select grade product.
Installation Tips: - Nail-down or Glue-down* installation. (*Professional installation highly recommended for Glue-down applications, and only with approved glue.) - Acclimate your flooring before installing. Follow your sales associate's instructions for your flooring type. - Must be installed over a clean, stable, flat, smooth, and dry surface. - For a more natural look, mix planks well when installing.
