Lay It Forward: House of Heroes

The firehouse is not just a firefighter's place of work, it’s their second home. Unfortunately, many of these firehouses are tired and worn, showing the many years of wear and tear they’ve endured. As a way to say thanks, LL Flooring recently had the opportunity to partner with Ashley HomeStore in their efforts to transform a tired firehouse in New Port Richey, Florida into a home-away-from-home for these community heroes.

All across America, firefighters answer the call of duty every single day. They spend days away from their families to ensure they’re ready for any emergency that comes their way. They regularly race toward danger and literally walk through fire to keep us safe. The firehouse is not just their place of work, it’s their second home. Unfortunately, many of these firehouses are tired and worn, showing the many years of wear and tear they’ve endured.
