Real Estate Value: Buying, Selling & Hardwood Flooring

Over the years we’ve noticed many real estate agents, home sellers and home buyers appear to prefer hardwood flooring. A new hardwood floor can dramatically upgrade the overall mood of the home and make a big impression on guests and potential buyers.

There is something special about the way hardwood floors can help define a space. We’ve even had customers put in new hardwood floors to help sell their homes, only to find they didn’t want to move out anymore!

We wanted to learn more about peoples’ opinions concerning real estate and hardwood floors, so we went out and asked 100 real estate agents and over 1000 homeowners how they felt about the topic.

The results were even more dramatic than we anticipated. Overall, as we suspected, Real Estate Agents and Homeowners appear to favor Hardwood Flooring.
