The manager helped me throughout the process, and made it very easy for me. She went out of her way to get me the materials that were stuck during shipment. The contractors were professional, timely and courteous. I now have fabulous, new kitchen, dining and bathroom floors and am loving them! The only issue was the hole left for my toilet to be reinstalled into was too large, resulting in a small space between the floor and the bottom of the toilet. I was able to fix that with a little acrylic. I wanted to share so you all can look out for this issue. Also, this is something I've observed in other newer homes. I still believe they earned the 5 stars.

I have to say, when it comes to putting the customer, or even potential customer’s interests first, Mike at the Stroudsburg, PA store takes the cake!!! He greeted my wife and I with a friendly smile and asked all the right questions to separate our needs and wants. After speaking with Mike for a few minutes you feel like you’ve been friends for years! He was so knowledgeable on the many types of flooring and even gave us some great installation tips.
