By visiting our Services, or otherwise providing your personal information to us, you consent to the information practices described in this Policy.

        Cookies vary in how long they last. “Session cookies” terminate shortly after you terminate your internet session. “Persistent cookies” are stored on your device until a set expiration date. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies on our website.

        Cookies allow us to know what item(s) you have placed in your shopping cart even if you decide to leave the site and return at a later time to finish shopping. If you have consented to receive our SMS messages by clicking the opt-in checkbox and providing a mobile number on our website for the code (28609), we may send you shopping cart reminders to the mobile number used when signing up.

        Analytics

        Our Services use analytics technology, including Google Analytics, to understand how users interact with the Services, improve our web experience, and better market our products. Personal information collected by these analytics services (e.g., your IP address and other usage information) may be transmitted to and stored by these service providers on servers in the U.S. (or elsewhere).

        We use service providers to help us analyze website visitors’ online activity on our Services through session replay technologies to help us understand and analyze how visitors use our Services, and to improve the Services. Our use of these services may involve the disclosure of information about website visitors.

        Do Not Track

        Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference signal that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. Currently, our webites do not respond to DNT mechanisms.

        HOW DOES LL Flooring SHARE MY INFORMATION?

        We share the categories of personal information we collect as follows:

          • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliate or business partners. The opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in the process.

          Social Features and Our Services

          Certain functionalities on our services permit interactions that you initiate between our services and certain third-party services, such as third-party social networks (“Social Features”). Examples of Social Features include: enabling you to send content such as contacts and photos between our services and a third-party service; “liking” or “sharing” our content; logging into our services using your third-party service account; and otherwise connecting our services to a third-party service (e.g., to pull or push information to or from our services).           If your information is currently being used to send you marketing communications, you can opt-out at any time. All marketing email and direct mail communications from LL Flooring, such as hot deals or special offers, tell you how to stop receiving them.

          HOW DO I CHANGE MY TEXT/SMS MESSAGING PREFERENCES?

          You have the choice to opt-in to receiving text messages and alerts on the mobile phone number(s) you share with us. You do not have to opt-in to text messages and alerts to use and enjoy our products or services. If you opt-in, standard text messaging charges may apply. You may choose to opt-out from our text messages and alerts at any time. To directly opt-out, send us a text message from your mobile phone with the word STOP, STOP ALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, and we will unsubscribe you from text communications.

          HOW DOES LL Flooring SECURE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

          Whether you are shopping online, by phone or at a LL Flooring retail store, we have industry standard security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration of the personal information under our control. Such measures include commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical protections and safeguards. However, there is no perfect security, and we cannot guarantee your personal information will always remain secure. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any credentials used to access your account with us. If you suspect any unauthorized activity associated with your account, please report that activity to us immediately

          DOES LL Flooring COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

          The Services are not directed at children and we do not seek or intend to collect information from children who are under the age of 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted personal information to us, we will take reasonable measure to delete such information from our databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except as necessary to protect the safety of a child or as otherwise required or permitted by law).
